Trading Rules & Guidelines
  1. Do not create an audio CD from MP3 files. Let me know if any concert CD I chose has been created from MP3 files at any point in the past.
  2. Please only use quality media. You may go to this page to read further about quality. That page is almost two years old, but still brings useful information. I have no problems receiving concerts recorded in Fujifilm (MADE IN JAPAN), TDK, Sony, Mitsui, Phillips, Yamaha and Kodak (MADE IN JAPAN) amongst others. There are a few other known brands which are also acceptable. Most important of all is where the media was manufactured (Fujifilm madein Japan comes fro the Taiyo Yuden factory, which those made in Europe are often manufactured by Ritek, see the URL above for more details). I can provide you with information on how to verify which factory produced the media you have (software which displays the ATIP information stored in all CDRs). If you only have generic media, or low quality media such as Ritek, Princo, Traxdata 8x, etc. let me know IN ADVANCE, so that I can prepare quality media to back it up upon arrival.
  3. Do not ship jewel cases, just the CDRs in paper envelopes. DO NOT SHIP THE CDRs "naked" in an envelope, as they arrive pretty scratched that way. If you don't have anything to wrap them with let me know and I'll tell you how to safely wrap them using a sheet of paper (for each 2 CDRs) and a stapler (I'll add such info here in the future).
  4. If you are shipping more than 9 CDRs please consider registering the parcel. For 9 CDRs or less that is not needed, as it would be too costly.
  5. I have interest in ISO image trading, i.e. the concerts can be downloaded as a ISO image of the CDs. That avoids shipping costs, still guaranteeing a 1:1 copy (if the ISO image is properly created).
  6. More info to be added soon...
